Our On Demand Center, is a fully equipped hosting facility that services some of the largest global organizations. The Center is completely secure, environmentally controlled, and fully redundant. It is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to ensure that all of our clients’ critical daily processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Our senior level staff guarantees the availability of all data and servers. Daily procedures include complete monitoring of logs, corporate Anti-Virus maintenance, software updates and patches. Backups of all systems are performed daily and stored off-site. Fastech also offers email administration services with queue monitoring and maintenance on a defined schedule.
In addition to Systems Administration, Fastech offers LAN/WAN design to optimize the performance and security of your servers. We offer managed services for switches, routers, firewalls and VPN concentrators for added protection and usability. Fastech also provides on-site database administration services. Clients receive an initial assessment of their environment along with recommendations to improve the overall efficiency of the database. Ongoing database monitoring and reporting ensures optimal performance beyond the initial assessment.

Field HardwareIn addition to network and software support, Fastech also provides a variety of services to support our clients' hardware needs, including: asset management, purchasing, management of warranty returns, out-of-warranty repairs and prompt replacement of lost or damaged hardware. Our dedicated hardware services staff maintains an extensive spare pool of equipment and provides a 24-hour turnaround on most replacements. Fastech also offers assistance in creating and maintaining corporate and field-sales force images so that replacement hardware can be shipped pre-loaded, minimizing down time for the end user.
